Free Shipping:
Free shipping is available for customers in the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.
Customers in the UAE qualify for free shipping on orders of 125 AED or more, while customers in the UK receive free shipping on orders of 100 GBP or more.
Return and exchange policy
All products purchased from www.mohagni.com can be exchanged within 24 to 48 Hours or 1 – 2 days only if:
You must notify us within 2 days of delivery by writing to customercare@mohagni.com or calling or WhatsApp at +92-316-1433343 In case an item is found to be faulty or damaged, you will have to send the defective product back to Mohagni within 15 days of delivery. Upon receipt, MOHAGNI shall issue a replacement against the product mentioned in the Invoice. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at mohagnicustomercare1@gmail.com or calling or WhatsApp at +92-316-1433343 within 15 days of purchase before any claims can be processed. There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, MOHAGNI does not offer a “cash refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items. Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
Product is damaged because of use. Product has been tampered. A “refund” may only be issued if:
