Delivery Information

• Expected delivery time for Local:

An order takes 3-5 working days to deliver.
For International:
At present, we are not shipping overseas.
Shipping Charges:

We endeavor to dispatch the order as soon as possible and are always trying to reduce the delivery times.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders payment will be collected from shipping address by the courier company.

On dispatch of your order you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with your carrier information and tracking number, be sure to check Junk/Spam folder as well.

All products purchased from www.mohagni.com can be exchanged within 24 to 48 Hours or 1 – 2 days only if:

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:

Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, MOHAGNI does not offer a “cash refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items. Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.

Product is damaged because of use. Product has been tampered. A “refund” may only be issued if:

The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased and the replacement is unavailable. The transaction does not verify the security checks and MOHAGNI is not willing to process such order.

The shipment has been delayed due to weather issues, logistic issues, political issues, etc. and the customer thinks that they do not need the products any longer. MOHAGNI has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as - item is out of stock, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
